Our out of town clients rely heavily on our virtual showings. We walk them through via FaceTime or send them a recorded video of us showing the home. Over the years I’ve had many clients put homes under contract sight unseen and then fly in to see the home shortly after. So far no one has said that the home felt different than what they saw in the video. Still photos are another matter; buyers almost always complain that stills don’t portray the home accurately.
