Buckingham Place is a quaint little neighborhood on the north east edge of Old Town. The neighborhood boasts excellent proximity to downtown and sits smack in between Fort Collins two most popular breweries, New Belgium Brewing and Odell Brewing with Fort Collins Brewery just down the street as well. Nestled against the foothills, this popular neighborhood boasts 73 acres of community open space with native grass and natural surface walking trails. These trails connect to the Maxwell Natural Area and the Foothills Trail, a 6.8 mile trail which runs along the east side of Horsetooth Reservoir and connects 4 different City of Fort Collins Natural Areas.
