Increase in buyer activity - market update February 1

Home prices bounced higher in Larimer County and Fort Collins with the recent rate drops. While the median price has fallen about 8% off of the highs in April/May of 22, we are still up about 7.5% when we compare today prices to January of last year. The biggest peak to trough drop was 10% which was April 22 compared with December 22.
