Buckingham Place is a quaint little neighborhood just north east of downtown Fort Collins between New Belgium Brewing and Odell Brewing. Historically affordable prices and proximity to downtown make this neighborhood a popular choice for home buyers. It was one of the first subdivisions established in Fort Collins and primarily features homes built in the early 1900s and 1950s. Buckingham Park and the natural space surrounding the Poudre River and the Poudre Trail borders the west side of Buckingham Place.

Homes listed for sale in Buckingham Place are few and far between. According to the MLS, only 5 Buckingham Place homes were sold in 2012, with a median sale price of $170,000.
